Custom Grooving Tool | PCD PCBN CBN CVD
Grooving tools are either external or internal with various configurations of inserts to ensure a clean fit when mating part. They are used with lathes to cut channels on the end of a workpiece (face grooving) or into an existing bore (internal grooving).
Special Threading Tool | PCD PCBN CBN CVD
Threading tools create threads on interior surfaces of holes and parts to be connected to matching exterior threads by pressing against the sides of a part. Combination threading tools are able to drill, tap, and countersink a hole in one go.
