PCD ISO Insert
PCD inserts produce a high-quality surface finish with high precision with less pressure on the cutting edge. They are most suitable for non-ferrous materials, abrasive materials and carbon-fiber-reinforced polymers (CFRP), plastics, woods, etc.
PCBN Special Insert
Polycrystalline Carbon Boron Nitride (PCBN) inserts are heat-resistant and anti-abrasion suitable for finishing and tolerance control used for iron, sintered materials or other hardened materials (above 50 HRc). PCBN tools are cost-effective due to its turning process rather than grinding.
